| Someone has to run the Archery club and organise the swimming, they will never please everyone but if they are at least prepared to listen to other peoples views and act to try and facilitate change what more do you expect them to do ?

So why when so much is changing in the direction that everyone wants to see is it time to bale out ? It is a committment but someone has to do it.
