You dont have to do the GB sticker thing if you have the EU blue banded number plates. Thats the first thing I do to my cars, change the plates to blue band with GB so that if I get up one morning and want to go abroad I can without one of those naff stickers. In Italy and France all new cars are fitted with them as standard at the showroom and with the open borders it makes alot of sense. You can get away with just adjusting your headlights on some cars. Ask your dealer it might be just some triddling.
