| Unless specified the bolts would be dry (unless its raining) clean of any old crap, where oiled threads are nessacary manufacturers normally take oiled bolt torgues into account. Similary the manufacturer may specify the use of a thread locking compound. But we live and learn so I stand by to be corrected. 4D |
