Yep probably, but will they help Phil go faster or feel more comfortable on Diablo's? I think Phil could go 10 seconds a lap faster on Diablo's first, and I think that super sticky tyres are a waste of time unless you can get the most from them. That's not saying Phil can't, but I'm damn sure that I couldn't. I think some people have struggled with Diablo's for exactly that reason - they've been spoilt on super sticky tyres and ultra sharp handling bikes, and when they jump on a tractor with knobblies they struggle. I think DD bikes are mega, they handle great and stick to the track - but that's because I ride nothing else. |
