749/999 Tail Light Conduit
Cleaning the bike the other day and noticed that the metal conduit under the exhaust had two broken lugs that attach it.
Anyone else had this problem?
I've removed the wiring and had the lugs welded back on. Am now heating the bloody thing in the oven and bending the lugs to the correct angle. (must have been a bit "out" after welded) before reinstalling the wiring
Bloody poor design that bit. Not the cleaverest bit on engineering on the 749/999.
