| I would have to check but I think the side stand switch provides a earth to the starter relay so if that isn't shorted out you get nothing when hitting the start button, if you have a sidestand bypass harness this uses the Neutral switch earth to ground the start soinoid to allow starting with the side stand down,This Earth is fed to the 5.9m ECU And from there to the start solinoid
