| My Mum and Dad bought me a copy of Relics in the early 70s when I was perhaps about 6 or 7 years old. Use to listen to it constantly along with teh Beatles White Album. I think we had 6 Lps in the house back then and I had to compete with Shirley Bassey, Ray Coniff? Tom Jones and Englebert Humperdink. Heard See Emily Play on the radio yesterday which brought it all back. I wonder how Blur got away with releasing 'theres no other way' its the same song! |
