The top CB's
were only doing 2.04's, which would be about 4-5 seconds off my 8-year-old CB pace (allowing 5 seconds for Hizzy's) and I was 2 seconds slower than Ellison!!!!
...BUT there is a super fast young Scot, who is making everyone look silly this year. He'll be down in the 2.01's, maybe even faster.
In the rain last month at Oulton, he started 20 seconds behind the KTM grid, and finished 16 seconds behind Dave Heal who won - except Dave Heal didn't have to carve through the KTM grid either!
He was doing 2.09's in the wet.
