| You can always do it yourself. I did it a number of years ago. I bought a book called the conveyanceing fraud. The first time I did it was just to sell my house. It worked really well so I did it again when I only had to purchase a house. The sting was the solicitor acting on behalf of my building sociecty, wanted £350.00 to check my paperwork was all in order. It would have took him all of 5 mins and I refused to pay. He wouldn't release the paperwork so the BS wouldn't release the money. He'd got me over a barrell and knew it. Never have I wanted to chin a person so much |
