| Frank, check the wires to the pump, inside the tank. When the pump is pushed into the retaining clips inside the tank, they can trap and earth out.
Also check the kill swict/starter button assembly. That's on the same circuit. Could've been water in there?
Only other bits on the circuit are ignition loom. Check the wires around the CDI's and coils etc. |
