I don't wish to diminish the irritation you feel or the inconvenience you're suffering, but the Club is run by volunteers who have jobs and lives outside of the DSC. How long have you been waiting for a reply to your PM? If it's less than a couple of days, I'd be inclined to cut the membership secretary a little slack. (If it's a couple of weeks,
