Jon,
As Rattler has said the seat unit doesn't have any mouldings to mount to your existing subframe, but there is a bracket which bolts directly to the subframe, where the locking mechanism is bolted, you then drill 2 holes through the seat unit and attach 2 Dzus fasteners through the seat unit to the bracket....
Gives you that WSB look
Unfortunately doesn't come with any talent !!!!
