They could well be a liability.

They now come under the hazardous waste regulations if they are not being used as functioning components.

You will need to register as a hazardous waste producer with the DOE before you can transport them off your premises. Doesnt cost much.

Computer salvage Specialists in Newbury will collect them and recycle them, for a price.
