| Top Gear is obviously big all over the world - 'Ree-chard Ham-mond and Top Gear' are on the national radio news bulletins in Poland... Here's hoping he pulls through ok, and the nanny state doesn't jump on the bandwagon and put a stop to TG as we know it.
