| This is just the sort of thing I was referring to in my earlier post/email (extract below) there are all manner of trimmings that can be added to the series if people will volunteer to get involved.
As I see it the RC should run the core business and admin side and bring the volunteers together but there is just too much work involved for one or two people to cover it all in their spare time. So maybe there are 2 alternative ways of looking at it: cover the basics to enable the series to run and concentrate on getting that right or look to adding all the extras to that with help from outside the RC.
