Interesting Steve-so the fact that I don't drink fizzy drinks, and hardly drink alcohol is why I'm fairly skinny-I never knew that. I thought it may have something to do with 3-45 minute spin classes a week-oh, and trying to keep you lot in order.
But it has worked for you dude, you looked pretty fit at the weekend-for a fat scouser................
