If the chair/team is voted on the day I think it may just delay the proceedings and you may not get anyone impartial turning up which in itslef would make things difficult. |
I've read every post on this thread and have really appreciated the input, interest and consideration that's been given to my idea of having the meeting. My concern is that it all gets too complex when really it is an open forum meeting which shouldn't need to much policing. All will be heard and it surely just needs someone to take some impartial minutes for later reference and someone to call a bit of order if anybody gets too excited ?.
I'll listen to anyone else's views on how we run it of course, just my take on it.
