Thank you for further clarification - I was starting to think i'd dreamt the other thread.

As such Phoenix is quite correct on the original point, membership can't request MT all stand down and apply for re-election it can only happen if current MT can volunteer to do so.

most of these clauses were covered in much greater detail and with procedures outlined in the new constitution which needs adopting very quickly if its to apply in 2007.

after that it takes people to step up to the plate and make things happen, i'd love to think there would abe a glut of willing people to do so but i doubt it
