| I take it by "CD Format" you mean you want to create audio CDs? i.e. a standard music CD. iTunes or Windows Media Player will do this quickly for you. You'll only be able to put on 70-80mins of music in audio CD format.
You'll have to chop the mp3 first using nero into lengths no more than 70 mins. Then burn to CD audio format.
