That will take some time to get back to anywhere near normal !
I've had keyhole surgery on both my shoulders, and it takes 6 months before everything starts to feel as if its moving something like normally, so you cant really get any idea of how much your range of movement is affected till after then.
Start exercising now !
(I'm not kidding - dont let your shoulder get stiff - however uncomfortable it gets - mobility is essential - and you'll only be able to do very gentle things with it at first anyway) |
