I wouldn't worry to much
mine does it even when it has been striped and cleaned
unlike others I find it better if you feed it in gently
horses for courses I suppose

if you really want to be sure do it yourself
strip it down and clean all the plates with brake cleaner
re grease the ramps and see how it feels
they are not that hard to work on
