| ive had mine done on the 999.i bought me a 996 twist grip then as the 996 cable is to short i used my 999 cable,i took it to a local cable maker who replaced the inner cable & fitted the adjuster into the 996 twistgrip. the 999 cable has a plastic inner which makes the action smooth,it as i want it now but its all down to what works for you,total cost? around £20-£30 for 996 twistgrip,cable rework was £10. i belive pro v twins use a rs cable. |
