There is/was a comprehensive kit available from Ducati which gave up about 140bhp. Not cheap though.
You can also go the big bore route using 100mm pistons.
Exhausts, cams etc. are all available to. JHP have a wealth of knowledge from the supersport racing they do. Worth a call.
Decide a budget first would be my advice
