my rear shock (showa-748bip) seems a bit "slack" i can grab the spring with my hand and move the whole shock from side to side, i think it needs to be adjusted, looked in the manual and saw that there are three ways to adjust, do i have to adjust these in a particular order or do i just tighten them all up ???
