| Hi Newy - A Bud for me, and welcome ! Pretty new around here myself. like you, I had various bikes before being smitten. Did my first track day last year, on a brand new ST4S !, then 4 montsh later completely hooked on track experience bought my current Duke, 2004 749R. My first track day was a Ducati Glasgow affair, dead friendly, dead relaxed and I couldn't get enough. I've sold my soul thanks to Ducati and hope to get down south next year to some of the DSC track days. In other words, I'm positive you will a) love the 749 b) love seeing what a great bike it is on track and c) just have so much fun and rush after rush !
