| I would start off by looking for dents in the bottom, loose bits inside or maybe a dry joint., it shouldn't require a 13 AMP fuse I would have thought a 3 Amp or 5 Amp would be the norm, so if its blowing a 13 Amp there is either a low resistance path (short) somewhere or its drawing a lot of current for some reason.
