Anyone else into running? I started it to help keep fit while my broken arm fixed itself and i couldn't get out on my mountain bike.
Just finished my first propper 10k run in 58 minutes which i was quite pleased with seeing as 6 months ago i was the original couch potato!
Next target is the Sheffield half marathon in May next year. |
