| I Used to get it in Germany when i was posted out there, Its all unnoficial of course, We needed to register the Card at my folks address in the Uk as they cant legaly supply out of the uk.
Not sure if its changed tho as this was 6 years ago.
I seem to remember when i Bought the satelite dish it came with a map that gave rough angles and degrees to get you in the ball park for reception and it did cover a fair amount of europe.
