| Some "taxi" drivers just hang around outside clubs and pick up people as they come out. The punters just get in the car and never think to check if its actually a real taxi. I guess the best bet it to only use black cabs.
I think pepper spray may be classed as a firearm in this county so just be a little bit careful about who you tell!! |
