I dont think its the bhp, i think its all in the delivery. Why - dunno really, i find it far more fun riding a paltry 60bhp NC30 nearer its limits that trying to wrestle a 130 bhp blade way above my own limits. Again, great fun on the 916 and RC30 which are around 100bhp over a 600rr making just about the same. granted the CBR is quick up top but the lack of any sort of midrange punch makes this bike hardly ideal for the road. the ducati pulls like a tractor with quite a slow top end in comparison. And as for the RC30 - well like i say its all about the power delivery and if you have ever ridden a 360 degree V4 (not the 180 degree like the VFR750 / 800) i think you will know what i mean |
