As it says above.
First time I've done an oil change on my 748.
I was planning to use a semi-synthetic 10/40, but if anyone has any other suggestions, I'm all ears.
If it makes a difference, the bike has done approx 13000 miles and is used mainly on the road, with occasional trackdays planned for later in the summer, post exams
