Buy a good quality brand name chain & sprockets and you wont have any problems, as for the sprocket nut, either use A4 S/S or if your flush tittanium.
Personaly I have a great fear of using alli nuts and bolts on a bike - period!
I would suggest Tittanium nuts for the rear wheel, you can get them from Tecmoto and allthough not cheap, there probably the best option,
Pro bolts/tasy nouts do them as well.
