We use the Kodak DX3600 one at work, 3.2 mega pixels and does a great job.

It comes with a rechargable that gives adequate performance and with its own docking station, so just one button and your pictures are on your PC.

The other thing is if you buy from a shop haggle and try and get a 64 or 128 meg storage card, they'll discount it if you buy a camera as well.
