The K&N filter fits in the same way as the original but the cover has to be cut to let the air at it leaving nothing but a surround that holds the filter in place. Try and leave a bit extra of the cover at the front, just enough to stop water drips going into the filter tray. The difference fitting this filter and opening up the airbox makes is graet. The induction roar is fantastic, much better than my 748. For best results you should get K&N jets fitted as well and some fruity race cans. The filter you want is the DU-0900 and the jet kit is 81-9212, according to the K&N site for a 750. The 900 takes the 81-9214 jet kit. Dynojet do kits as well. For the 750 the numbers are DJZ-7203 and the 900 are DJZ-7201.
