| I brought a stick on tank guard made of real carbon fibre...it was rubbish. The weave wasn't sealed by anything except the backing glue and the fibres quickly started fraying cos they didn't stick in the glue properly.
In fact the only thing that the glue stuck to like a limpet was the paintwork, left big old snotty blobs of it all over...Good old WD40 shifted it.
