Easiest way would be to design youself, then hit the "PrtSc" key (normally to the right of F12). This will copy what is on screen to a temporary clipboard. Now open any paint package, create a new job and paste in the pic. You'll see it will paste the whole screen so crop down the picture until it just shows you, save it and post it
