Don't know if you can still get it but you could buy paint for shoe repair from shoe shops comes in all colours and as its for shoes it is able to flex used to use it on my race leathers to cover up race track interface damage

you sand down the surface to be painted (just enough to roughen the surface) apply a sort of primer then paint on your colour
