I've got my carburretors off,and in bits.
I'm spraying everything in carb cleaner but still havent a clue what the important bits are,somehow I'd expected a set up like the airbrushes I'm used to,but I dont recognise anything as nozzle like,suppose I'm showing my ignorance now.
The guys at Ducati glasgow told me I wont need a new set of carb gaskets if I'm careful,which I have been, though they seem to have expanded ever so slightly and am now worried they wont fit properly as I try and put it all back together.
Whats the verdict then?...do I need new gaskets?and how much will that set me back?
Or do I call it a day,take them to the nearest dealer and say"fix this!",tnen bolt the whole lot back together and hope it works.
