| The thing is though, its small potatoes compared to death by smoking. No cars,no bikes involved. People will all ways find ways of killing each other whether by accident,stupidity,attitude,selfishness,all the laws of this land fail to stop people doing things that kill.I still see morons using mobile phones whilst driving, park on yellow zig zag out side schools, speed around in 30 mph limits, Unfortunatly the attitude of the minority is often the thing that will kill the law abiding majority. Educating the moron may be the way forward then the world would be a safer place to live in. The problem is educating a moron Not Easy 3 or 4 brain cells do not hold much info for to long . I am not in any way refering to the item on the poor children being more suceptable to death by accident, maybe that is because the more affluent kids have a better upbringing and a better undersanding of road craft being there may be a family car in the garage. But how many time do we see this kind of report Year in Year out. I suppose it keeps some one in a job .4D  |
