Can't remember to be honest but it wasn't difficult . Think I may have just unbolted/loosened the ECU?
You only need to crack it then I think I used the ball ended part of my allen keys to wind it out.
One think I do know is that I released the bottom mount first.
Just had a look at mine but that's no help 'cause the 4S doesn't have an ECU there & there's acres of room to work in
