| Mav...go for it mate. I had a similar feeling back in 2001. I contacted David Cook and started up the Herts/Beds Region that Fordie now runs so well and has extended out. I thought there was one man and a dog in the area, turns out there are loads. Now some of my best biking buddies are within 50 miles and there is a thriving community.
JHP will be a great place to meet. I suspect if you put up a first meeting, Fordie will bring the boys from just south of you and other groups will make it a run over to meet up.
Go for it....put a date on the site and ask David for help in mailing out to all members, (not everyone is on the website)
