DJ, worth mentioning as well to lift the bike up only so that it unloads the rear suspension, don't lift the back wheel off the ground. Might be worth you investing in a JHP adjuster. Its a lot simpler. The nuts on the std one are ali, if you tried to turn them the wrong way you would easily round them off. I could never remember which one turns which way. Now its just two allen bolts and the a quick turn with a spanner.
