     I read somewhere a little while ago about the weight bias of the 999 favouring the rear more when compared to a 998 race bike, which itself carries a fair bit more forward bias than a road going 998R, as well as having a different trail figure.
 Although the set up of the 999 for the road appears to be quite good if it had a extra 40 to 50 bhp pushing from the rear it could well start to show some short comings in its setup, just like a 998R would.
 I would be interested in Lapmans view of his 998R when ridden as standard and then after fitting the longer mag arm, mag yokes etc.
