| Happened to mine within first 600 miles.
Came out to start it, left it warming to put jacket on and oil was spurting into belly pan and onto floor.
As I understand it, the original is Jap and it is replaced with identical KTM unit.
On my original, the leak was from the top left just near to the top most hose connection (when viewed from within fairing).
I now leave the bike on tickover for a minute and checking for oil drips is the last thing before setting off. |
