| in that case I would wire it in on the earth side of a relay coil, so that when tilted the relay will drop out, I would then feed the power for either the fuel pump or Coils through the relay contacts so that when the relay drops out the feed is cut.
I would also fit an over ride toggle switch on the dash just in case
