Ordered some bits on from the site, never heard from them when they didn't arrive. 1 month

Never answered phone or emails, got a refund from credit card company. Then a package arrived two months later with the parts in. 2 months

Needless to say I cannot get through to them, so I will "sit" on the bits untill they contact me.

Placed the same order with another company and they arrived two days later.
