Help! Have a minor (but potentially very serious) issue regarding a missing easement on our property. We're selling and things are going a bit pear-shaped due to a missing easement to Right of Support. Not looking for any hard legal advice but just a completely off-the-record chat regarding best way to approach the situation before I wade in there and make a complet mess of it!
