If we only get 40 to 48 entrys in by Friday and if there is no seperate grids
will the 8 reserves or less get a credit note ?
If i do end up on the reserve list i will give the meeting a miss and i would like
a credit note for £150 ??
Or are payments taken from cards at the official closing date ?
