Could be numerous reasons for no spark, does the fuel pump run when you turn on the ignition, if not suspect the Ignition relay or the fuse feeding it as this provides power to the pump and the coils.
Has the ECU got its earth eyelet connected, is the pick-up from the crank properly connected, has it been removed at all and if so is it correctly gapped
