I know bike setup is a highly individual thing, but does anyone have any suggestions regarding complementary suspension settings?

The bike is a 2002 748R (full Ohlins). Currently on the standard settings. I'm about 14st and the bike is mainly used on the road, with the occasional trackday.

Thanks.

Back to the original question......

Any suggestions?

I'm thinking that a bit more compression damping on the shock might be in order, with a view to stopping the rear squatting or, conversely, the forks extending, on acceleration from the exit in an attempt to reduce the likelihood of tankslappers. On the right track, or barking up the wrong tree?
